Spacious apartment with a large balcony providing a great outdoor space. Well-equipped with essentials, including tea and coffee.

The shower pressure fluctuated during peak times, a slight inconvenience. There was noticeable street noise at night which might disrupt sensitive sleepers. The walk to the key attractions, while only 10 minutes, felt longer than expected due to uneven pavement.

It was nice to have a room with a double bed. The apartment was spacious and very nice to be in. . Bathroom was new and spotless and shower was really great The supply of a wireless router in the apartment meant that wireless signal was strong.

These apartments are listed as self catering. The kitchenette was very limited - a good sized saucepan for noodles or pasta would have been appreciated. The location of the toilet immediately in front of the shower was weird - it made getting out of the shower awkward and the confined setting would also make it awkward for any one large or very tall to use.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and only a short walk to the city's highlights.

While everything was wonderful, the street could get a bit lively at night, which might disturb light sleepers.

Reception closes at 21.00, so warden let us in. It worked, but no English spoken after that hour. And while the apartment is very nice, I found the price/quality ratio could be slightly better.

The staff was excellent. The room was immaculately clean.

Hotel is about 5 blocks from the center of old town market square but about 10 blocks from the castle. Most of the tourist sites seemed to be on the other side of the market square. On the next visit I would book a hotel nearer to the castle. Lighting was too low to read at night--at a minimum, the lights next to the bed should be upgraded so that the lighting is bright enough to read in bed. Also, two out of five bulbs in the living area were burned out. However, all bulbs need to be replaced with a higher wattage. Replacing burned out bulbs with low wattage bulbs will not increase the ability to read at night. The seating area (i.e. the one small couch) was not comfortable for two people to relax. And sitting side-by-side is not conducive for conversation. So there was no space for the two people to comfortably sit and converse. The decor was outdated and somewhat old fashioned. A hotel charging $150 per night should have an updated appearance. A double bed is not comfortable for two adults. A hotel charging $150 per night should have at least a queen size bed. $150 per night is not a value for a room with no daily maid service. Daily maid service isn't required, but a hotel without daily maid service shouldn't have such high daily rates. The suite does have an operational kitchenette. However, we were able to order a three course meal at local restaurants, with a beer, for $10 per person. A kitchenette is not necessary when fabulous restaurant food is available at such reasonable prices.

The spacious studio was a good retreat after exploring Krakow. It offered a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals, and the shower had excellent water pressure. While the hallways were somewhat noisy, the friendly staff and their willingness to assist made for a nice stay.

Sensational: easily the best serviced apartment I have ever stayed in. Walking distance to the old town & I felt safe walking at night by myself. Unbelievably friendly + helpful staff. Beautiful apartment, with Wifi and cable (english) TV.

Nice comftable bad and very new, clean room- service was very helpfull, bathroom was very well designed. Safe and quiet!! Probable the best apartments in Cracow!!

The two-bedroom suite offered a spacious layout with a charming balcony perfect for evening relaxation. Super clean cleanliness and friendly staff significantly enhanced the experience, providing seamless assistance, especially in arranging tours. The location impressed, being a short stroll from main attractions and local eateries showcasing natural, high-quality products, although on-street parking could be challenging at times.

Units with breakfast. Location just next door to restaurants, and the bus terminal at the end of the stay. Exceptional service from the staff...

Right in the middle of the old town. Great receptionists, gave us the best advise about where to eat, where to go, etc. Before we went, they emailed us and asked us if we want them to get the basics for the kitchen. Also that they could arrange for champagne etc. if it is to be a surprise. Great thinking!

Bed was a little too narrow.

This spacious loft apartment was good. With its tastefully decorated interiors, it provided every possible comfort, including a fully equipped kitchen and an impressively quiet ambience. The warm and cute reception staff organized our airport transfer and even booked tours for us, enhancing our experience in this vibrant city.

Space , location and security . Excellent staff.

Only a small double bed , not too comfortable . Heavy tog duvet not needed as central heating so good.
